Maryam Perkins is a 22-year-old female presenting with a 5-day history of persistent vaginal itching and moderate, thick, white, odorless vaginal discharge, which began after using a new bath bomb. She denies vaginal bleeding, urinary symptoms, abdominal pain, gastrointestinal symptoms, fever, or systemic complaints. Exam reveals vulvovaginal erythema, mild excoriation, and adherent white discharge without odor. No cervical motion tenderness, uterine or adnexal tenderness, or palpable masses. IUD strings are visible and cervix appears normal. No signs of systemic infection. Relevant negatives include monogamous relationship, up-to-date STI and cervical cancer screening, and no known drug allergies.

W.C. a 22 year old female presented to the clinic with vaginal itching and discharge for 5 days. Patient states vaginal discharge is white and thick. Took miconazole for 3 days without relief. Patient denies any urinary frequency, abdominal pain, is sexually active in a monogamous relationship, menstruation lasting 4-5 days with mild abdominal cramps, contraceptive method-IUD and new exposure to scented bath bomb. Upon exam she presents: mild erythredema, mild excoriation on labia minora and majora, cervical os pink, no discharge. Vagina walls mild erythematous with adherent white non-odorous discharge, IUD string visible at the os and vault. Bimanual exam without tenderness, masses, lesions or discomfort. Immunizations up to date and last physical 1 year ago, denies any allergies
