KH 25 F with no pertinent medical history presents to clinic with a new rash on bilateral thigh and left wrist onset 2 days. Pt reports recent travel to Napa where positive exposure to wild life, scallops(initial exposure), new sun screen, and hot tub occurred. Positive for itchiness to tenderness to rash sites, bilateral thigh 10×12 cm raised erythematous papules and 6 cm left wrist linear erythematous papules. Negative for lymphatic, respiratory, or cardiovascular involvement. Physical exam unremarkable other than rash.

K.H. is a 25-year-old female with no pertinent health history, presenting with a rash that started 2 days ago after walking through wild brush plants and new exposure to hot tubs, lotions, and scallops. Primary rash appears on the patient’s legs as raised, confluent, erythematous papules and blisters in various stages. The secondary rash spread to the patient’s left ventral forearm and appears similar to the primary rash, along with red-yellow vesicles.
