Description
The 56 year old patient who is obese with the PMH of hypothyroidism presents for a repeat blood pressure check after attending a workplace health fair 3 weeks ago with the BP of 132/74. patient is currently eating high fat, high salt diet with no physical activity and have a family history of cardiovascular disease. At current visit, patient is asymptomatic and denies polydipsia, polyuria and polyphasia. Patient denies any chest pain, dyspnea, syncope or dizziness. Physical examination reveals normal vitals, bilateral eyes xanthoma and arches senilis. Other physical exam is unremarkable.
