She drinks 2-3 6-oz glasses of red wine a week, consumes chocolate, and has life stressors with school and work. Her vital signs and physical examination are unremarkable.

They have been occurring more frequently over the last few months. Consumption of junk food, red wine, and school and work stressors impact the frequency. She experiences nausea and vomiting during these episodes and complains of photophobia and phonophobia as well. The remainder of her physical exam was normal.

K.P. 26 y/o female with a new onset of worsening headaches that causes throbbing pain behind the left eye that last for up to 15 hours at a time, usually alleviated by laying down in dark places, unable to take over-the-counter medication with headaches due to nausea and vomiting. Has experienced the headaches for 10+ years however they are affecting her work like balance along with added new stressors from grad school patient unable to attend work and school due to headaches. Headaches correlate with with high stress and binge eating and high intake of chocolate.
