VL is a 25-year-old female presenting with an itchy rash that started initially on her bilateral inner thighs and is now on her left inner forearm x2 days. She reports recent travel to Napa where she was exposed to bush plants, scallops, a hot tub, and a new lotion. She denies any fever, shortness of breath, fatigue, or shortness of breath but reports a history of hives as a child. Physical exam shows erythematous raised blisters to her bilateral inner thighs measuring 10×12 cm and a 6 cm erythematous linear pattern of blisters to her left inner forearm. Lung sounds are clear bilaterally, no abnormalities seen in the eyes, ears, nose, or throat.

VL is a 25-year-old female teacher who presents with an itchy, swollen rash on her bilateral upper thighs that began 36 hours ago. Possible exposure while bushwhacking. She was also exposed to a hot tub, new food, drink, and lotion. Today she noted a rash on her left forearm. A physical exam reveals a raised confluent erythematous rash with papules and vesicles in various stages to the bilateral upper and on her left forearm is a linear configuration of vesicles with erythematous papules.
