Description

The patient is 25 years old and visited today with complaints of inner thighs and a left inner forearm rash that started 2 days ago. I haven’t taken any medication for the rash. She has childhood allergies to Cefaclor and ear ache when she takes Cefaclor. She denies any pain, lives alone, drinks socially, has a boy friend, and takes birth control pills. She is an English teacher who teaches 7th and 8th grades. She went bush-whacking with her boy friend. Mother gave her new Suntan lotion that looks like oily. She said her parents are healthy; her father has been treated for hypertension; she doesn’t have children; her grandfather died of heart disease; and her grandmother had a heart attack, a stent, and hypertension.
